If I follow your brand...on Facebook, Twitter, wherever...give me VALUABLE content. Info that is going to help me in some way. Not fluff.
I don't want to hear just about EVERY PRODUCT you're shilling. I give you my eyes and my attention because I have some degree of trust and connection with your brand. I already know what you sell - but how can you keep me engaged within this community I've joined that shares a common interest -- you? How will you nurture us and inform us? Not naming names, but it's shocking how some very high profile companies don't have basic social media 101 skills.
